Event booking terms and conditions
Event cancellation policy
The following cancellation policy applies to your event:
• Up to 4 weeks: the entire booking can be cancelled free of charge
• Up to 1 week: you will be charged 50% of the booking value
• Within 48 hours or in the event of a no-show: you will be charged the full booking value
Changes to the number of guests (please notify us in writing):
• Up to 1 week: you may change the number of guests free of charge
• Up to 48 hours: you may reduce the number of guests by 10% of the booked total free of charge
• Within 48 hours: you will be charged the full booking amount
Unforeseen circumstances
In exceptional circumstances, such as in the event of a death, we are happy to work with you to find a solution. In such cases, you may cancel free of charge up to one week before the event date. If you cancel within one week of the event, we will only charge you for costs that have already been incurred at that point.
Hotel room cancellation policy
The following terms and conditions apply to the cancellation of 5 or more hotel rooms:
• Up to 1 week: the entire booking can be cancelled free of charge
• Up to 48 hours: you will be charged 50% of the booking value
• Within 48 hours or in the event of a no-show: you will be charged the full booking value
House Rules and Code of Conduct
Our house rules and code of conduct apply during your stay and/or event. These help to ensure a pleasant and safe stay for all guests.
Payment
We will send you an invoice for the costs following your visit. Please email us the details to be included on the invoice and the email address to which it should be sent.
Standard Terms and Conditions of the Dutch Hospitality Federation
All our bookings, agreements, etc. are subject to the Standard Terms and Conditions of the Dutch Hospitality Federation, filed with the registry of the District Court of The Hague. We can send these to you on request.
