Pets
Welcome, animal lovers!
We love animals and are delighted to welcome them to our hotel. Dogs are allowed, but unfortunately cats are not. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring any other pets, so that we can assess whether they are permitted. To ensure everyone has a pleasant stay, we have a few rules.
Your dog is allowed:
- In your hotel room: Your four-legged friend is welcome to stay with you in your room (subject to availability).
- In the Brasserie: Your dog is welcome in our brasserie for lunch between 11:00 and 16:30. Dogs are not permitted in the brasserie during breakfast and dinner, to ensure a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere for all our guests.
- On the terrace and in the courtyard: Enjoy the outdoors together! Dogs are very welcome here, including during breakfast and dinner.
Additional costs and terms and conditions:
- Responsibility: You are responsible at all times for the behaviour and welfare of your pet(s). We reserve the right to enter your hotel room if we suspect that your dog’s welfare is at risk (for example, in the event of persistent barking or signs of neglect).
- Cleaning charges: We charge a surcharge of €17.50 per stay for extra cleaning. For family rooms (4- and 6-person), this is €25.00.
- During cleaning: Please ensure your pet is not left alone in the hotel room whilst it is being cleaned. Please speak to reception or housekeeping to arrange this.
- Room selection: Not all rooms are suitable for pets. To ensure that your pet can stay in the room without any issues, please contact us by phone or email before booking a room. We can then check availability together. This will prevent any disappointment later on if it turns out that the room you have booked is not suitable for pets.
- Noise disturbance and damage: Pets must not cause any disturbance. In the event of complaints regarding noise or odour disturbance, or damage to the hotel room, a fine may be imposed, depending on the extent of the damage. If the disturbance persists and other guests are inconvenienced as a result, we reserve the right to terminate your stay early.
- Number of dogs: A maximum of 2 dogs are permitted per hotel room.
