Independent working cook / eager to learn starter!

Are you an enthusiastic chef with a passion for fresh ingredients and creative dishes? Hotel & Brasserie Inn Salland, located in a charming Saxon farmhouse on the outskirts of Raalte, is looking for an independent working cook for our brasserie. Join a friendly and close-knit team in a unique place where work days are never the same!

What will you be doing?
  • You will be working in a French kitchen with a global twist, where all dishes are made fresh and with love.
  • You will prepare the dishes: cutting, making soups and sauces.
  • You will assist during lunch and dinner.
  • You will learn and grow under the guidance of our chef.
  • You will work a flexible 3- or 4-day week (and every Sunday off, with alternating weekends off!)
Who are you?
  • You have experience in the kitchen or are willing to learn everything about the profession.
  • You are stress-resistant and can switch gears quickly.
  • You have product knowledge, enjoy contributing ideas about dishes and show your creativity; your input counts!
  • You enjoy working in a small and close-knit team.
