HOUSE AND CONDUCT RULES

We are pleased that you have chosen Hotel Inn Salland and to make your stay as pleasant as possible for all our guests, Hotel Inn Salland has established house rules. When making a reservation, you agree to our house rules and we ask you to respect them.

General rules:

• Valid identification must be shown upon check-in. The minimum age to stay in the hotel is 18 years old.
• All instructions from employees of this hotel, related to house rules must be followed. Complaints can be reported to the management.
• There are cameras on various public areas. Anyone on our hotel grounds consents to recordings being made. In case of emergencies and/or incidents, these recordings can be shown to third parties as supporting material.
• Family members, friends or other visitors of hotel guests must register at the hotel reception at all times.
• Pets are allowed only in selected hotel rooms. Bringing your pet must be communicated in advance of your stay. Your pet is welcome on the terrace, but the brasserie is prohibited for pets.

It is forbidden to:

• Cause a nuisance to another through loud music, obnoxious behavior or by noise of any kind. We will warn you once when a nuisance is detected. If the first warning is not heeded, you will be asked to leave the hotel immediately.
• Take property of the hotel outside the building. When willfully damaging Hotel Inn Salland property, you may be held liable for repair and/or renewal costs.
• Intentionally cause pollution or damage to the hotel room is strictly prohibited. Guests are kindly requested to treat the accommodation with care and respect. Intentionally spilling, damaging or soiling the room may result in financial consequences, additional cleaning fees and/or denial of future access to our facilities. We ask all guests to leave the room in the same condition in which it was found upon arrival.
• Smoke (cigarettes, vaping, E-cigarettes) in the room or other parts within the premises. If we find that smoking does occur in the room, we are forced to charge €150.00 cleaning fee. This fine will also be charged for covering and/or disabling the fire alarm. If the fire alarm goes off due to smoking in the room, we will charge you the fire department’s call-out fee of €275.00.
• Consume, use, deal or carry drugs and narcotics inside or outside the hotel grounds.
• Book a room and receive clients as a prostitute.

And further:

• Hotel Inn Salland is not responsible for loss or theft or damage to your property in our public areas, rooms or lockers or vehicle in our parking lot.
• The management, the owner of this location and/or people working for the hotel cannot be held liable for any injury and/or material or immaterial damage suffered by visitors to the location.
• Under all circumstances we respect your privacy, however, we are authorized to enter your room in case of non-compliance with our house rules and if necessary to evacuate your room and remove you from the hotel.
• In case of fire, please remain calm. Report a fire to the front desk as soon as possible.
• In the event of a general fire alarm, leave the premises immediately.
• In case of violation of the rules as stated in these house rules or at the time of other undesirable or unlawful behavior, Hotel Inn Salland reserves the right to remove you from the hotel and charge you for the costs incurred for your stay and any damages incurred.
