What time can I check in?
Between 15:00 and 22:00 pm (on Sundays until 17:00 pm). If you arrive earlier you can leave your luggage with us. Earlier access to your room is, if available, possible from 12:00 for a surcharge of €25,-.
At what time can I check out?
Between 07:00 and 11:00 am. Prefer to sleep in? For a surcharge of €25,- you can, if available, use your room until 17:00 pm.
When is the reception open?
We are available for you between 07:00 and 22:00. Do you need our assistance outside these opening hours? That is possible for an additional charge.

Where can I park my car, motorcycle or bicycle?
To park your car or motorcycle, use the parking lot at the front of our hotel free of charge. A charging station is available for electric cars. In the enclosed courtyard you can park your bike safely, dry (if enough space) and camera-guarded.
How can I rent a bicycle?
You can rent a bicycle through Jan Stam Bicycle Rental. First make the reservation online and then to schedule delivery, call 0548-366802 (€15 per booking). Please note that bicycles are not available at our hotel. More information can be found at www.janstamfiets.nl.

Can my dog come along?
We are happy to welcome your dog to our hotel room. There is an additional charge for this, and we kindly ask you to inform us of this in advance when making your reservation. Your dog is welcome in our brasserie during lunch between 11:00 and 16:30. Please read all the conditions in our house rules.
Do you take my allergy into account?
If you have an allergy that requires some attention from us, we would appreciate it if you would let us know when you make your reservation. We will gladly adjust your breakfast, lunch, dinner or allocated room to your wishes. How nice!

Will my room be cleaned during my stay?
We are also committed to contributing to a better environment. Therefore, your room will be refreshed on the third day of your stay. If you need anything sooner, such as towels or toilet paper, you can collect these free of charge from reception. An additional cleaning service can be arranged in consultation.
Should I bring my own baby bed?
Of course you may bring your own baby bed. For an extra charge of €15 we will set up a baby bed for you.
I have difficulty walking, now what?
Our hotel does not have an elevator. Would you like a room on the ground floor? Please inform us in time, so we can take a look at the possibilities together. The brasserie is also accessible for the disabled.

What are the options for a special occasion?
We are happy to make your stay extra special for a birthday, wedding night or other festive occasion. A bunch of flowers in the room, a bottle of (non-alcoholic) bubbles/wine, extra luxurious breakfast and of course appropriate, festive decoration of the room. Please contact the reception to discuss your wishes, we will make it happen with love.
Do you also have gift cards?
Would you like to surprise someone with a gift card for a delicious lunch or overnight stay, for example? Gift cards are available at our reception.
